Nature of the work
ANIMA's retreats are personal-development experiences rooted in breathwork, ceremony, physical practice, and structured integration. They are not therapy, not medical treatment, and not a substitute for either. If you are dealing with a serious mental or physical health condition, please consult a qualified professional before joining a retreat.
Places
Registering interest does not reserve a place. We will be in touch personally to talk through fit, dates, and what is involved. Full terms — including pricing and the cancellation policy — are shared in writing before any payment is taken.

All content on this site — including written copy, photography, video, the ANIMA wordmark, and the logo — is the property of Joe Butler and ANIMA. It may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
