The retreats

Where the next chapter begins

Intimate gatherings in carefully chosen locations. Each with its own purpose — some ceremonial, some physical, some both.

How it works

An ANIMA retreat is not a holiday with a wellness label. It is structured, demanding inner work — held in a place beautiful enough to make it bearable.

Each retreat brings together a small group of people at a turning point. The days move between stillness and intensity — breathwork and meditation, ancient ceremony where it belongs, physical practice, and the long, honest conversation that only happens when the right people are in the room.

Every location has its own character. What they share is depth, intimacy, and the kind of attention that is only possible when we work with very few people at a time.

Small groups

Only a handful of people at any retreat. Everyone is here for the same reason, and everyone is seen.

Extraordinary places

Each location is chosen for what it does to you — the Mallorcan coast, the Austrian mountains, the temples of the east.

Real practice

Breathwork, ancient ceremony, physical discipline, and structured integration. Demanding inner work, properly held.
